No, but we can often scale or adapt deliverables within a phase. Each phase builds on the last, and skipping would risk structural blind spots. If you’ve already done certain work, we’ll validate it before moving forward.

Concept complexity, service mix, and owner readiness drive cost. A single-unit fast casual startup might fall at the low end. A multi-daypart, full-service concept with retail and bar might require more support.

You’ll be led by a senior partner and project manager, supported by kitchen designers, ops specialists, culinary leads, and other experts matched to your needs.

Each phase has a defined “progression trigger.” For example, you must sign off on the concept and secure a site before we begin Phase 2. These gates help ensure your money is well spent.

We start with a deposit based on the approved scope. From there, we bill monthly in proportion to projected timeline. If scope changes, we’ll agree together how to amend terms.

Yes. We often bolt on landlord pitches, site vetting, or advisory sessions at key points. These are scoped separately and don’t replace the core phases.
